Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 (6 ounce.) pkg. stuffing mix
  • 2 c. broth or possibly water
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. In medium sized pan cook sausage till browned. Remove sausage. Add in celery, onion and butter; cook till tender. Pour stuffing mix into large mixing bowl. Stir in celery/onion mix. Add in broth, tossing till proportionately moistened. Stir in sausage and pecans. Place mix in turkey and bake accordingly, 325 degrees for 25 min per lb. of bird.
