Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. biscuit mix or possibly your home biscuit dough
  • 1 pound mild sausage (room temperature)

Direcciones

  1. Mix biscuit dough according to package directions or possibly your recipe. Roll out on floured area to approximately 1/4 inch thick. Spread sausage in thin layer on top of dough (pat sausage between hands for easier coverage), starting at one corner of dough roll up in a jelly roll. Chill for several hrs or possibly overnight. Slice in thin slices and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till nicely browned and done. Also freezes well.
