Receta Sausage Potato Chowder

- Cut sausage into 1/2 inch pcs. Reserve. Heat butter in Dutch oven. Saute/fry onion and celery till onion is transparent. Add in potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to simmer. Cook 15-20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
- In small bowl, combine soup and lowfat sour cream. Blend well. Add in to chowder mix with lowfat milk, parsley and sausage pcs. Heat to serving temperature; don't boil. Serve warm with lemon slice on top of each bowl. Serve with coarsely grnd pepper to taste.
