Ingredientes

  • 2 x French sandwich loaves
  • 1 med Yellow onion sliced thin
  • 1 x Poblano pepper sliced thin
  • 1 x Yellow bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 x Red bell pepper sliced thin
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 piece Warm and sweet pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. Horseradish Mustard see * Note

Direcciones

  1. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill, allow it to burn down to embers.
  2. Slice sandwich loaves in half and hollow out. Grill on each side, just long sufficient to get grill marks, reserve.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine peppers and onions, toss lightly in extra virgin olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 min or possibly till done. Meanwhile slice sausages lengthwise and grill for 3 min on each side or possibly till done.
  4. Spread loaves with Horseradish Mustard and top with sausages, grilled onion and peppers.
