Receta Sausage Sauerkraut Potato Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1 can (28 ounce.) sauerkraut liquid removed
- 1 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cooking apples peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch slices
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 pound Polish sausage, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Rinse sauerkraut in cool water. Drain well. Put half the sauerkraut into dutch oven. Layer with half the onions, potatoes, apples and sausage. Sprinkle with peppers, add in garlic to chicken broth and pour over all. Cover and put in unpreheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
