Sausage Stuffed Thighs

Ingredientes

  • 4 oven stuffer roaster boneless thighs
  • 4 breakfast sausage links, precooked
  • Salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
  • Flour
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Seasoned bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry sausages in skillet 5 min, turning with tongs. Open thighs flat and sprinkle the inside with equal amounts of salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Place 1 sausage in center of each thigh and roll up. Dust each thigh with flour and holding thigh together with sausage inside, carefully dip in Large eggs and coat with bread crumbs. Place in baking pan in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 1 hour.
