Ingredientes
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 2 c. Pancake mix, prepared
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 can (12-ounce) corn -or possibly-
- 1Â 1/2 c. Frzn corn
- Â Â Maple syrup

- In a skillet, over medium heat, cook sausages 10 min, turning once till browned. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, lowfat milk, Large eggs and butter; stir gently just to moisten. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 inch (3L)
- greased baking dish. Lay sausage on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 min. Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup. NOTES: For a delightful brunch idea, serve this with a fresh fruit salad. Or possibly try it with a fresh vegetable salad for a quick dinnertime meal. Nutritional
