Ingredientes

  • 1 fresh head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 or possibly 5 sliced carrots
  • 1 container of sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 bag of thawed snow peas, fresh if available
  • 1 sliced bell pepper, green or possibly red
  • Sliced cauliflower and squash is optional
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Garlic to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut and prepare vegetables ahead of time, put in separate containers for simple preparations. To large skillet, add in extra virgin olive oil and allow to heat. Add in all vegetables, amounts can be varied. Add in salt, pepper and garlic. Cook on medium for 5 min (approximately). While stirring constantly. Vegetables should still be crunchy.
  2. Serves 8 to 12.
