Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 stick butter
  • 5 shakes soy sauce
  • 5 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in butter. Add in washed mushrooms with stems (cut large ones in half leave small ones whole). Add in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Stir in flour and gently saute/fry covered till crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
