Sauteed Bay Scallops

Ingredientes

  • 2 pound bay scallops
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1 c. finely minced onions
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, finely minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions and parsley in butter. Remove from heat. Pat scallops in pan till all sides are full coated with butter. Place in baking dish in one layer if possible.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and then with crushed croutons or possibly buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 min on top shelf of 400 degree oven. Serves 8.
