Receta Sauteed Beans and Tomatoes
Sauteed Beans and Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cherry Tomatoes – 250 gms, halved
- Garlic – 1 clove, finely sliced
- Green Beans – 250 gms, rinsed
- Thyme – 1 to 2 tsp, finely chopped
- Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
- Dry White Wine – 2 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
- Parsley – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the garlic for a minute.
3. Add the tomatoes, thyme and cook for a minute.
4. Add the wine and simmer for 30 to 45 seconds.
5. Add the beans, salt and pepper powder.
6. Cook for a minute more and add the parsley.
7. Stir well.
8. Serve.
