Ingredientes

  • 4 x 110 g, (4oz) medallions of beef tenderloin
  • 220 ml Strong beef stock, (8fl ounce)
  • 4 Tbsp. Prickly pear jelly
  •     Extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Season the beef with the salt and pepper. Saute/fry the beef quickly in an oiled frying pan. Serve with the sauce over or possibly under the beef.
