Sauteed Chicken Breast With Tasso Cream Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 8 ounce. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  •     Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 ounce Clarified butter or possibly salad oil
  • 2 ounce White wine
  • 2 ounce Tasso ham, diced
  • 4 ounce Heavy cream
  • 1/2 ounce Minced tomatoes
  • 1/8 ounce Sliced green onions

Direcciones

  1. Heat pan with oil. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and add in to pan. Cook chicken till opaque. Add in ham to heat. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add in heavy cream and reduce till thickened. Place chicken on serving platter and serve with "Dirty Rice". Top each breast with 1/2 of the sauce and garnish with minced tomato and onion.
