Receta Sauteed Frog Legs With Tomato Garlic Butter

- Cut the frog legs in half. Season both the legs and flour with Essence. Dredge the frog legs in the flour.
- In a large saute/fry pan, over medium heat, heat the butter. Add in the frog legs and saute/fry till golden brown, about 6 to 8 min. Add in the shallots and saute/fry for 1 minute. Add in the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Continue to saute/fry for 1 minute. Add in the wine. Continue to simmer for 2 min. Stir in the parsley. Remove from the heat and serve.
