Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Onions

Scrumptious side dish with any main course entrée. Enjoy!

Ingredientes

  • 16 ounces Fresh or Frozen Green Beans
  • Drizzling of olive oil
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 2 slices bacon (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 onion sliced and separated
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling salted water 4 minutes drain and set aside.
  2. In a saute pan add olive oil, lemon juice, bacon pieces and cook until done, add onion until tender
  3. On low heat add drained green beans, stir gently to combine and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Place in a serving dish and Enjoy!
