  1. Saute/fry small green and red warm peppers till soft, not burnt. Let cold. Slice thin, throw away the stem. Soak in extra virgin olive oil. Add in minced fresh or possibly frzn garlic.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
