Ingredientes

  • 7 ounce Catfish Fillet
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 3 x Thin Slices Lemon
  • 2 x Broccoli Florets, ( Blanched)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry catfish in 1 Tbsp. butter for 2-3 min on each side. When you flip the fish to cook the second side add in all ingredients except for butter and broccoli. When fish becomes flaky, remove from pan to serving plate.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients to pan and cook till broccoli is hotbsp. Pour over fish and serve.
