Ingredientes

  • 4 x Patty pans per person
  • 2 tsp Butter
  •     Salt to taste
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry

Direcciones

  1. Put 2 c. of water into a small saucepan with a healthy pinch of salt and 4 patty pans. Bring to the boil and remove patty pans once they are al dente and keep to one side.
  2. Heat butter in pan and lightly saute/fry the patty pans, adding the sherry at the last minute. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
