Receta Sauteed Shad Fillet With Lemon

- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper and dredge fish in seasoned flour. In a saute/fry pan over medium heat, heat oil till warm. Add in fish to pan and cook till well browned on both sides. Remove fish and blot on paper.
- Return saute/fry pan to heat. Add in butter, let heat, and cook till brown. Add in lemon juice, allow to sizzle, and add in minced parsley.
- Plate fish and drizzle lemon butter over top. Serve with asparagus.
- This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
