Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) chopped
  • 1 lb baby or possibly regular spinach stemmed
  •     Coarse salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large heavy skillet. Add in garlic and cook, stirring, about 10 seconds. Add in spinach in batches, adding more as spinach softens and cooks down. Cook, stirring constantly, till wilted and just cooked, about 4 min. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve warm.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  3. Comments: The trick with this simple spinach dish is to have the pan very warm and work quickly.
