Receta Sauteed Spinach with Leeks
Fresh baby spinach sauteed with thin sliced leeks, garlic, and oil.
Ingredientes
- 2 Tbs coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 leek, white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 1 lbs fresh baby spinach
- salt and pepper
Direcciones
- In a large skillet with high sides, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and leeks. Cook leeks for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
- Add spinach and saute only until wilted. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
