  1. Snip string beans and cut the longer ones in half. Steam till al dente (not quite cooked). Add in sufficient extra virgin olive oil to frying pan to cover the bottom, about 1/8 inch. Add in 3 cloves garlic, minced, to extra virgin olive oil and brown. Take care not to burn the garlic. Add in string beans and stir till all the beans are coated with oil. Shake Parmesan cheese on the beans, add in seasoned bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and MSG (if you like). Stir well and serve.
