Sauteed Summer Vegetables

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 4 med Squash, summer
  • 4 x Onions, green
  • 1 x Bell peppers
  • 1 med Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt, garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Wash, slice, and add in squash. Thinly slice green onions and bell pepper and add in. Cook till tender, about 15-20 min.
  2. Coarsely chop tomato and add in to skillet with salt, chili pwdr, and sugar.
  3. Cook a few more min, just till tomatoes are soft. Serve over warm cooked rice.
