Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Savory crunch, see recipe
  • 1 lrg onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/4 c. margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 1 pkt individually frzn cod fillets, (12 ounce.)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  •     Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  •     Prepare Savory Crunch.

Direcciones

  1. Arrange onion rings in ungreased square 8" baking dish; drizzle with margarine.
  2. Arrange fish on onions; drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle Savory Crunch proportionately over fish.
  4. Bake uncovered till fish flakes easily with fork, about 30 min.
