Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2-3/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. dry or possibly prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp. diced celery
  • 3 quart. lightly packed day old bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage and drain. Combine the boiling water, sausage, butter, and onion and simmer 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuffs body cavity of a bird weighing about 8 pounds minus head, feet and organs.
