Savory Molasses Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dry sage crumbled
  • 6 x 5 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast
  •     salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Make marinade: combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour over chicken. Let rest, covered, at room temp. for 30 min. Or possibly chill for 2 to 3 hrs. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken and marinade in a shallow pan. Bake for 30 min or possibly till cooked through, basting often with the pan juices. Remove chicken to a plate and keep hot. Pour the pan juices in a pan, bring to a boil, and reduce till thickened. Serve with the chicken.
