Ingredientes

  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 6 x ice cubes
  • 1 x cucumber peeled, seeded,
  •     and roughly minced
  • 1 sm tomato
  • 1 x celery stalk minced
  •     A few spinach or possibly romaine leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender, garnish with a cucumber round, and enjoy.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
  3. Description: "On-the-go eaters love smoothies. A smoothie doesn't have to be sweet. In this version the cucumber provides some of the body bananas do in a fruit version."
