Receta Savoury Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- ½ cup finely chopped sausages/ ham
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables of your choice (carrots, capsicum, onion, mushroom etc)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley/ corriander
- 125 g melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- A small pinch of Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary & Basil (optional)
Method:
Pre-heat oven 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in butter, milk and egg until just combined. Do not over mix.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked and golden.
