Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. ghee
  • 300 gm broken wheat
  • 1200 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat the ghee and lightly fry the broken wheat.
  2. After a minute add in the water and salt and cook on a low heat till the grains are soft.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. Can be eaten with a savoury pickle and a vegetable curry
  5. Serves 4
