Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 1 can lobster meat, 8oz
  • 1 med Onion
  • 3 x Celery stalks
  • 1 can Mushrooms, sliced, 8oz
  • 1 med Green pepper, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, 10z
  • 1 c. Buttered bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute/fry vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 30-35 min.
