Ingredientes

  • 32 ounce. pkg. frzn hashbrowns, thawed & shredded
  • 1 med. onion, minced fine
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together lightly. Add in rest of ingredients, put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with 2 c. crushed corn flakes and heat 1/4 stick butter. Add in 2 c. corn flake crumbs. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
