Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well liquid removed
  • 10 slices fresh bread cubes (crust removed)

Direcciones

  1. Beat sugar and Large eggs till smooth. Add in melted butter, lowfat milk and pineapple. Stir till well mixed then toss bread cubes till coated in mix.
  2. Pour into buttered 9 inch casserole dish and bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till lightly browned. Nice to serve with ham.
