Ingredientes

  • 1 can Campbells cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • Dash paprika

Direcciones

  1. Stir soup till smooth; add in lowfat milk. In buttered 1 1/2-qt casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, onions, sauce and cheese. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 min more.
