Ingredientes

  • 9 quarts. thinly sliced pared potatoes
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 quarts. warm lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange potatoes in layers in baking pans; sprinkle flour over each layer. Pour over warm lowfat milk, butter and seasoning. Fill pans 2/3 full.
