Scalloped Potatoes In Sour Cream

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. sliced potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced or possibly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Cook potatoes and onion in salt water till tender (not too soft). Place in a buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mix the beaten Large eggs, water, lowfat sour cream, salt and pepper together. Pour this mix over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Serves 6.
