Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 med. potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 med. onion, sliced thin
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 8 ounce. Kielbasa, sliced thin

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan, heat butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper till smooth. Gradually add in lowfat milk and water, stirring constantly over medium heat till thick. In greased 3 qt casserole, layer 1/3 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cabbage, 1/2 sausage and 1/3 sauce. Repeat. Top with remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover; bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 min. Uncover; bake 45-50 min more till potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings.
