Scalloped Potatoes With Sour Cream

Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Put 1 large package of hash brown potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan, 1/2 c. minced onion over potatoes. Dot with butter and salt to taste. Mix 1 c. lowfat sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. lowfat milk. Pour over top of potatoes. Sprinkle 1 package of Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Can use ham also if you like.
