Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp. dry whole marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
  • 4 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 3 lbs.)
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Fresh parsley sprigs, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. Layer 1/3 potatoes in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Sprinkle half of seasoning mix over potatoes. Repeat layers with potatoes and seasonings, ending with potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Combine whipping cream and water; pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Uncover and bake 30 min longer. Let stand 10 min before serving.
