- Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Remove skin and bones, if you like. Flake salmon with a fork. Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water in a medium bowl. Add in salmon liquid, lowfat milk, egg, parsley and onion; mix well. Add in salmon, stuffing mix and cheese, mixing well.
- Place in two greased, 10 oz custard c. or possibly two greased au gratin dishes. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min. Serve with vegetable sauce.
