Ingredientes

  • 1 x (20 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. seasoned croutons
  • 1 sm onion, minced finely
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour, salt, pepper and mustard and cook over low heat till smooth. Add in tomatoes and 1 c. croutons. Mix well and pour into buttered casserole. Top with other c. of croutons and bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. May be prepared in advance, except for topping.
