Scallopped Corn Beef

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 TBlsp Butter
  • 1/2 Small Onion Chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Celery Chopped
  • 2 TBlsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs Corned Beef
  • 1cup Bread Cubes small dice
  • 1/4 cup Butter

Direcciones

  1. Melt butter in skillet, add the onion, celery; cook until the onion is soft and yellow. Add the flour blend well, pour in the milk and cook to a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper. stir in corn beef broken into small pieces. Blend and place in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered Bread cubes and butter mixture.
  2. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
