Ingredientes

1 pkg. toothpicks
1/2 pound bay scallops

1 c. Italian bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 pound bacon cut into 1/4 inch strips

Direcciones

In a large bowl, toss washed scallops in the bread crumbs till well coated. Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Place your prepared pcs on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 min till bacon is crispy.
