Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1/3 c. minced pimentos (well liquid removed)
  • 2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. Saute pepper in butter; add in salt, pepper, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce. Add in scallops (or possibly other seafood) place mix in casserole. Put together pimentos, crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 4.
