Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 pound fresh scallops
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Simmer 8 min in 1 tbsp butter the mushrooms, onion and scallops. Add in sherry. In a saucepan heat 3 tbsp butter, stir in flour till smooth. Slowly add in salt, pepper, and half and half. Pour this mix into scallops and heat thoroughly. Mix will thicken rapidly. Serve in pastry shells.
