- Dredge scallops in seasoned flour. Heat 1/4 cup butter in medium size frying pan and saute scallops till golden. Remove to hot platter. Heat remaining butter in frying pan; add in parsley and lemon juice. Heat just to boiling. Pour over scallops. garnish with sprigs of parsley and lemon wedges.
