Ingredientes

  • 1 pound calico scallops
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, minced parsley
  • Drop or possibly two of Tabasco, if you like

Direcciones

  1. Saute scallops in butter and seasonings 1 minute on each side or possibly till translucent/soft look appears. Add in wine and simmer 10 min or possibly till done. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and mix till crumbs are moist. Serve at once over rice or possibly pasta.
