These cinnamon pinwheels were made with leftover pie crust.

- Start by rolling leftover pie dough into a rectangular shape.
- Spread it with soft butter, and sprinkle it with a layer of cinnamon-sugar.
- Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Put each slice on a cookie try with the cut side down.
- Bake it at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Wait until cool to eat!
