Ingredientes

  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. Chocolate pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cocoa

  1. Beat egg white till stiff. Still beating, gradually add in sugar and vinegar.
  2. The mix must remain stiff. 1 Tbsp. chocolate pwdr 1 teaspoon cocoa Add in the chocolate and cocoa to the egg white mix. Place in little spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake it in a very slow 250 degrees (120 degreesC) oven for 15 to 16 min. Cold. Store in an airtight container.
