School Yeast Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 3 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce Vegetable oil
  • 9 ounce Hot water
  • 1 pkt Dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Mix together dry ingredients till well blended. Mix oil and water and add in to dry mix. Stir and mix till a soft dough is formed. Additional flour may be needed. Knead dough and allow it to rise to double in size. Punch down and form into rolls. Place on greased baking sheet and allow to rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 min. Remove from oven and brush with hot butter.
