Schug (Hot Green Chili Chutney)

Ingredientes

1 bn Fresh coriander, leaves only (about 2 c.)
1 sm Head of garlic (8 cloves), peeled
1 Tbsp. Salt
6 ounce Fresh warm green chili, seeded

1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp. Grnd cuminseed
4 x Cardamon pods, seeds only, or possibly 1/2 tsp. grnd cardamom
4 whl cloves, broken up

Direcciones

Process all the ingredients to a relatively smooth paste. Store in a jar with a tight cover. Chill. Use in cooking as well as for a table condiment.
